Pandora goes pink for breast cancer awareness.
As part of its global initiative to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer, jewellery design company Pandora creates new pieces for its Breast Cancer Collection annually.
This year, it's all about a new hand-finished charm in gold and silver. Made of Murano glass, the charm (tres chic) is embellished with pink ribbons. You can team it with a pink leather bracelet or mix-and-match it with pieces from past collections.
From pink enamel charms to leather bracelets and a fine silver pendant, all of Pandora's creations are interchangeable which means you can create a look that’s right for you. Discreet and delicate, it’s also a great way to make a difference while updating your accessories collection.
For seven years, Pandora’s design team has been creating pieces for its Breast Cancer Collection. Proceeds from the sales of these gems are donated to breast cancer organisations worldwide. In 2011, Pandora’s global donation exceeded US$2 million.
