North West School of Design presents the Shoe Designing Course which will be presented on Saturday 18 Feb, 17 March and 14 April. This course only focuses on designing shoes, the manufacturing course will be held later this year.

The Shoe Designing Course focus' on:

* Shoe categories
* Sketching techniques
* Principles of shoe design & terminology
* Practical aspects of designing a shoe
* Materials & trims
* Introduction to mass production methods
* Introduction to hand-made methods

Fashion designers like, Vivienne Westwood, Errol Arrendz, John Galliano, Sarah Watkinson and many more has launched their own shoe ranges and that is why North West School of Design had decided to make shoe designing part of the studies.
